Maple Syrup | Limited Release #5

Bottled in partnership with The Maple Fix, a Vermont sugaring operation owned by the brother of one of our technicians, VSC Syrup V5 contains the Golden Delicate variety- a lighter, sweeter flavor made from the first sap that runs in the spring. There’s a short amount of time when this early sap becomes golden syrup. Afterwards, it shifts to amber.  
Best on crepes, ice cream and other foods where the subtle flavor can be appreciated.
