Refund policy
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
• All returns / exchanges must be accompanied by a RMA#. Please contact us prior to reutning your item with the following information.
- Reason for Return or Exchange
- Are you requesting a Refund or an Exchange along with details for the exchange (IE, I Purchased a Medium, and need a Small instead)
• Your RMA# will be the letters RMA-1234 (replace 1234 with your original order number). This Number Should be written on the outside of the box as well as on a piece of paper included within the box. Your return/Exchange must be received within 10 days of original purchase, in its original packing and in UNUSED condition.
• The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with exchanging or returning any items, including return shipping back to Vermont SportsCar as well as any associated shipping costs to re-ship the item being exchanged.
• In the event of you request a refund, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, only the product purchase price can be refunded less a 20% re-stocking fee
SHIPPING
• All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless an item is out of stock. If one or more of your items are out of stock you will be notified as to the approximate date of shipment, and you will have the option to cancel your order or wait until it becomes available again.
• All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for fastest service unless otherwise noted.
• Upon shipment, customers will receive confirmation of shipment via e-mail along with any shipment info including tracking information.
• Upon receipt of their order, all customers must inspect the packing and contents, all damage claims must be submitted within 5 days from the date of receipt.
