This year’s VSC Maple Syrup Limited Release No. 4 is dark and robust…just like the car that inspired it, the VSC-prepared Project Midnight WRX. Produced in partnership with the Maple Fix - a Vermont sugaring operation run by the brother of one of our technicians - Dark Robust syrup is usually harvested later in the season than the lighter varieties. And while Project Midnight’s directive is outright speed and pushing the performance envelope, we suggest that you take your time and enjoy this syrup added to coffee, cooking, and of course poured over pancakes.
