The latest version of our syrup pays tribute to newest VSC Gymkhana build: the Subaru Brataroo 9500 Turbo.
Bottled in partnership with The Maple Fix, a Vermont sugaring operation owned by the brother of one of our technicians, VSC Syrup V5 contains the Golden Delicate variety: a lighter, sweeter flavor made from the first sap that runs in the spring. There’s a short amount of time when this early sap becomes golden syrup; afterwards, it shifts to amber.
Best on crepes, ice cream and other foods where the subtle flavor can be appreciated.
